During your on-site consultation we will work together to decide exactly how Soul Tree can help make your holiday shine bright. Depending on the scope of your project, we may be able to have a virtual consult. We'll cover all aspects of your project deliverables and discuss your estimated investment. With a nominal deposit, your installation date will be confirmed and the planning process can begin.

We are now ready to begin curating an exquisite holiday collection for your home or business. You have discriminating taste and so do we. Every item brought into your home or business will be soulfully chosen, not only for best interest of the design, but for your unique needs. Once we find the perfect pieces for your home, we’ll create a decor board and share our suggestions. With your approval and receipt of product payment, we will order your decor. Ahh! The anticipation!

Installation

Installation

The night before EVERY installation truly feels like Christmas Eve. This is the most delightful part of all. Depending on the scope of your project, installation may take a few hours to a couple of days. If there are time constraints, day-of requests, place of business information, etc, please let us know via email so we have record of everything and can plan accordingly. Your final payment is also due upon invoice receipt, typically at install depending on project size. Up until this point we have been planning, sketching, prepping, shopping, and organizing for install. We cannot wait to see the vision come to life. While we invite you to be there to watch the magic unfold, walking in from a long day at the office to a stunning winter wonderland is its own kind of holiday magic.

Removal

Removal

All decor removal begins on January 3rd and ends on January 30. Removal dates must be confirmed upon installation. You may opt to take down and store the decorations on your own. At that time of scheduling we will determine if you require storage boxes and packing supplies, which can be added on to your invoice. If you do not schedule removal in advance we do not guarantee availability. However, we will do our very best to accommodate you.
